Oh, speaking of Arya's romances, I like the idea of Arya falling in love with Murtagh, the perfect love triangle *sigh*

I'm pretty sure the elf in the picture was the one who made the flower for her, I think his name was Faolin.

Ah yes, Arya did seem very dreamy when telling that story.

I'm thinking that Roran will replace Galbatorix as king. That seems the most likely than Nassuada or Eragon. And watch as Galbatorix's dragon kill his owner. I'm also thinking that Arya will fall in love with Eragon but after he leaves Alagaësia.

What if, Arya pulls an Arwen...and decides to spend the rest of her life with Eragon? Maybe Eragon will find a luvah in the next book :p after Arya tells him of her betrothed...
Anyways, I like the idea about Roran becoming the next king...interesting...

Tht sound good, I'd never hought of that. I think Rorans distantly decended from nobility, but it may be me confusing him with another book character.

Ohh, brilliant, Caunion! I too, had never thought of that. It sort of makes sense...seeing as he's had some practice on his village. :P

Yeah, that was a twist I didn't expect.

I did, however, expect that Murtahg and Eragon would find out they were brothers. Still I was so sad when Murtahg becomes an enemy. I really liked him.

Yeah, Chris left clues all through both books. Personally, I thought Roran would be the one to betray Eragon.

"Then, when all seem lost and your power is insufficient, go to the rock of Kuthian and speak your name to open the Vault of Souls."
Both the king and Murtagh are much more powerful than Eragon, I cannot see him defeating them alone. I think that he may end up bringing the past dragon riders back from the dead... Just a thought...

Like in ROTK when Aragorn enlists the help of the dead to save Minas Tirith. That would seem a very plausible way for Paolini to have it work out.

Yup.

Anyway, back on the topic of Murtagh, I have a feeling that Eragon will eventually have to kill him in the third book. Empire, I think it is called... It is quite a shame he turned.

Yeah, Murtagh is/ was like my fav charector, I do agree with the fact that Eragon cannot win it by himself, but I really hope Murtagh won't get killed! I did think that Roren would be the one to betray him, not Murtagh, but I knew Murtagh wasn't dead when they took, him, it wouldn't work out at all! I think Arya is kinda annoying in the Eldest, but she's one of my other fav charectors, I think she'll be one of the first to help Ergaon in( if this is what happens) to learn how to raise the dead? Idk, but heres a really cool Eragon, Eldest, Empire(if that's the third books name) site... Shur'tugal // Your #1 source for everything Inheritance! ( Eragon , Eldest , Book III ) It's a really cool site that has stuff about the books, and the movies! I hope you'll all like it! So long for now,

Eragon and Arya?! Ugh...I really don't like the thought...I mean Eragon is only fifteen! At least Aragorn was a dunadan and all that and a man. Eragon is just a kid!
A friend of mine thinks Eragon and Nasuada will get together but I'm not sure I like that either...maybe he should just remain a bachelor, lol!

Yeah. At least give us fangirls a chance that he's single. I don't see why the characters have to hook up with eachother. Let them all be single for all I care. Except for Murtagh. I get to keep him.

Have any of you wondered if there will be another dragon rider, and if so, who will it be? I was thinking that if the third egg is green (which I've heard rumors of) then there is a good chance that Arya will be a dragon rider. Early In Eragon, it was stated that the color of ones magic correponds with the color of the dragon, and we've been told a few times that Arya's magic is green, so perhaps.......? Have any of you different ideas?

Well, that would make perfect sense if her magic is green and the egg is green.

*Creeps in* Hmm. I may actually discuss stuff here. What a thought.

Anyway, me and a friend of mine have been discussing how Empire is looking pretty predictable - we both think Arya will get the last dragon, Eragon and Arya will get together (I mean, come on, how can they not? And Eragon's actually seventeen/eighteenish, not fifteen, he was fifteen at the very beginning of Eragon) and they'll defeat Galbatorix. I'm interested to see how Roran gets Katrina back, though.

It almost all seems a bit too predictable, though...

I'm definitely against Arya and Eragon together. Even if Eragon magically [and majorly] matures very soon, it would be all wrong. Eragon is just a foolish boy. :P That's all I see him as. He is becoming wiser, yes, but he has a long way to go.
