Vanessë kicked her horse into a trot, the group of Elves following her lead. They continued on at a swift pace until a male Elf drew up next to Vanessë. "My lady, remind me once again why we take this route? For years we have taken the northern path to Imladris, why now do you choose to pass by mighty Fangorn?"

The young girl turned to him, obviously annoyed. "Please, Aranon. I asked you to protect me, not guide me. Do you not think I know what I'm doing?" With a flick of her head she dismissed him and steered towards the edge of the dark wall of trees. Aranon sighed and fell back, speaking quietly to another Elf.

Saedd moved to the leader of the group. "My lady, I know that sounds weird we should not stop this wicked place where the White Wizard lives behind these forest. Thus these trees are not so good as you might be think. I have heard lots of stories about them which says these trees are able to move,and even speak. I think we better get going. Every second we wasted means the defeat of Gondor. Sure if your verdict is against my thoughts, I will gladly shut up my mouth.
