I joined on May 20, 2004, 5:46pm, according to my profile. But I had been checking out the site for about a month or two before that, and I was also on chat a while before I joined the forum.

I started out as a regular member, then became a chat moderator since there were no Australian moderators, or moderators on at certain parts of the night when America was sleeping.

Then became a moderator on the forum and began to get tottally and utterly obsessed with the forum. I think I was a top poster at one stage *cough* I dont see that happening anymore.

Hey as a mod I can still post on the old forum, I'll spam that to death and be top poster there !!! ....or not

The old forum says I joined June 2004 in the forum. However, I hung around much much longer, seeing as I often looked over Arsarniel's shoulder and gave her advice and everything. And watched as she chatted when the first chatroom was open. And said "No, I don't want to join. There's no one my age." when urged to join in the chat on our other comp back then. Just think, if only I'd done it, I'd have been an early member! Silly me.

So many questions!

I spend varying amount of time on A-U. It depends how many essays I have to write, actually. I'm on here a lot when I'm in the middle of an essay (while writing I like to take frequent breaks of procrastination) or when I have a bit of free time, like now. (Like Jo, I'm on holidays at the moment.) Often I'll be online, and I'll always have an A-U page open, even if I'm not actually wandering about the site. I'll check the page frequently.

I found A-U around March or April 2004. I know I lived on the chat that northern-hemisphere summer, I remember when everyone complained about going back to school. After that, no one was really on during my time-zones, and it occured to be in join the forum the end of September. Oh, no, first of october. 11:43am *feels nostalgic looking at the old forum*

I didn't become a mod until about a year later. The start of September, last year...

I joined the old forum in Oct 2004--I remember I was searching quotes by Tolkien for school, and I came across Arwen's site, and I thought it was really nice, plus the forum looked like fun, so I joined. I only became a mod when the forum moved...wow...looking back at the old forum...I had 1,807 posts! I have a bit of catching up to do...

Yes, I thought you had joined the same time as me; I knew you became a mod the same time...

My real name is Anna, but not many people call me that. And it's pronounced more like Ah-nah (or On-ah, if you really want simple) than An-ah. But most people I meet pronounce it incorrectly anyway

What were the other questions? Umm...

I'm not under 15

My time on A-U per week really varies. Sometimes I'll spend a couple hours per day posting on the forum or working on something, and sometimes I won't visit it for a couple weeks for some odd reason.

I was an <i>admin</i> at the old old forum...
