Thanks ForeverFrodo!  Well, first I added a very colorful texture. Then I added a grainy, darker one, and set it to Multiply and fiddled around with opacity and the dodge tool. Then I just took some ink splat brushes in a bright-ish color and put 'em on there!

I don't really care about that. A lot of people call me Culiwen. It always makes me laugh and in fact it sounds better than Cuilwen. 
I really like the Hermione banner you made for WML! Nice pics.
