Hmm, are you sure about that? I think it depends if your hair grows quickly (Like mine) or if it's really slow.

you know...i do pluck my eyebrows! people say its stupid, but mine look pretty obvious if i dont pluck them....i usually forget...but if im going somewhere nice i'd pluck them.(though they dont come out perfect....)
and about foundation...well its not you. its a color that you pick and its not very natural...i do use eyeshadow and i know thats not quite natural either but it adds a small touch of color to the eye....i dont put on really dark one all over the eye or up to the eyebrow, i just put a little so it is subtle

I don't pluck my eyebrows...I have them waxed. And mine aren't nice, that's why I do it.

I pluck my eyebrows. sometimes shave the middle area, use dark eye liner (black), black mascara and some cover up. thats about it.

I don't do anything to my eyebrows, they look fine the way they are and plus plucking and waxing hurts...haha

I didn't pluck my eyebrows for the longest time, b/c they were fine on their own. Now I do, and as long as you maintain them, they look fine!

You know, some of my guy friends used to shave thier legs....I'll wait for the gasping to stop...
....
...
Okay, They're swimmers! And for them to go faster, they had to shave their hairy legs! Of course, it was difficult for them, most of them enlisted their mothers' help. For weeks they would comment about their legs smoothness and other silly stuff...It was great.
