Meleth smiled to the newcomer and urged Minuial after Sadron, eventually catching up to ride beside him. She scanned the landscape out of habit, searching absently for anything untoward, but saw nothing. She pushed her long hair over her shoulder and smiled - she always liked beginning a journey.

Roina dismounted. "One moment please." she ran off, and was back quickly. She had changed quickly from her dress to her traveling cloths. She had a mithril shirt under a black torso, black trousers, and a Navy blue cloak. She quickly put a saddle on her mare, and mounted, making sure she had her weapons.

"Ready." Roina said, riding after Sadron...

"Now ladies, which way?" the albino grinned, seeming all to pale in the bright light of morn. He gently pulled his horse to a stop, waiting forRoina to catch fully up whith them.

"What will be our manner of navigating the mountains?" asked Meleth. "I would advise that we do not attempt Moria, and the Redhorn Gate might also prove difficult. Should we make for the Gap of Rohan?"

Sadron shrugged with another laugh, and locled his gaze with Roinas "What do you think?"

Roina thought for a moment, locked in Sadron's gaze. "There is a pass just a little North of here. If we go North-East for awhile, I'm pretty sure we should find the pass... if it's still there, which I'm sure it is."

Meleth thought for a minute and nodded. "That should prove sufficient to cross. Though I hope we do not run into any bands of goblins - they have been known to thrive in the upper reaches of the Mountains."

Roina smiled, and put a hand to the hilt of her sword. "We'll be fine. I used to go through that pass many times, and never saw a goblin or orc down that trail... but just in case, I could easily take them down..."

Meleth smiled a little. "I have no doubt of it, but it is better to avoid them altogether." She urged Minuial into a canter and went ahead, calling back, "Though if we waste time talking, we shall certainly come upon something or other!"

Meleth, hearing this from up ahead, could not help laughing. Her laughter was as clear as a bell and seemed to almost brighten the morning. "Would you not perhaps be overwhelmed by yourself, O knight in slighty-rusty armor?"

Roina hid her smile behind her hand. "We should get going," she said, urging her horse into a graceful canter...

Meleth stopped to wait for him. "Though your horse may have other ideas, no?" she laughed, eyes dancing.

"Ah, my fair maid, my mare is but a little cranky... Perhaps she is too old for such a gallant knight such as my-" the rest of his sentace was cut short, when Mirima bucked sharply, and tossed her rider into the dirt.
