Laughing, she watched him go, eyes glittering in childlike mirth. Still half smiling she headed into her cabin to tidy up the maps that had been left out, tracing over numourus routs and waterways, as if the old parchment could calm her mind and soul.
Zt felt like years since she had seen her father last, and half of her was thankfull for it.

It was too loud in the pub for Jack's ears to hear the loud crash Portia caused.
He hadn't noticed, so kept pushing his way through the crowd of drunken men and women. "Ah hah!" He smirked to himself and swaggered his body over to an empty chair and table in a dark corner in the room.

Portia swallowed hard and was very thankful that Jack hadn't seen her. Sadly, she would have to serve him his rum. She sighed deeply and got his drink. She grabbed her washcloth and put it in front of her face, when she approached Jack. "'Ere ya go, mate." She told him and handed him his drink.

Jack eyed the drink with delight. "Ah, thank ye missy..." He reached upwards, and grabbed the mug with his hand.

Portia nodded quickly and then instantly walked away from his table. She sighed in relief, when he didn't ask about the washcloth. She leaned against the bar and wiped her forehead. "That was close." She whispered to herself.

Jack eyeballed her as she walked away. She seemed somewhat familiar, but it was very bleak. He thought to himself for a moment or two before just leaning back into his chair and taking a gulp of the warm rum.

Portia got her other orders over with and sighed. She saw the bar slowly losing customers, since it was getting late. She figured that Jack was already gone, so she completely forgot about hiding her face.

Jack stretched his arms and let out a loud groan. He was tired, he felt his eyes grow heavy, and now being a bit tipsy sure didn't help.
He set the mug down and called for a waitress by snapping a finger in the air.

Portia heard a finger snap and then grabbed her tray. She sighed and looked down to the tray she was cleaning, while walking to Jack. "Yes?" She looked up and then gasped. She quickly put the tray in front of her face.

A sudden eyebrow raised itself on Sparrow's face. He squinted his eyes and leaned forward from the chair. "P-Portia?" He made a strange expression on his face as he poked his neck forward for a closer look only catching the reflection of himself in the tray.

"N-No... ye must 'ave me confused fer someone else, mate..." She told him, with a nervous sound in her voice. She kept the tray up in front of her face and swallowed hard. Her hands were shaking, which caused the tray to shake, as well.

`Sweet Vengeace` slowly slipped into port of tortuga and after leaving the ship in a suitable state the crew ran off to spend their money into booze, Robert quietly walked down to the docks from the ship and looked around before heading for an inn to get a drink. He walked someway and tipped his hat slightly at some ladies before slipping out of the streets into an inn named the Iron Maiden.
He looked around quietly and took himself a table, he looked at a waitress whom was talking to a customer who`s back was turned at Robert. The man seemed rather familiar, but Robert wasn`t in need of company, but a drink.
"Hey waitress I need a beer here!"
Robert demanded as he leaned back in his chair.

Devina entered a dew minutes later, gently bouncing a heavy moneybag up and down in her hand.
Her poor victim lay not dead but unconciece in a nearby alleyway.
Spotting Robert again, she headed over, and let it drop down in front of him
"Your pay." She winked.

Jack began to sit up from the chair. "No...I do not believe I am mistaken missy..." He reached up to grab the tray.
But just as he was about to do so, the call for the waitress that came from the man over at another table caught Jack's eye.
