Harma gave a shrill whinney when something or someone almost ran into her. Roina, with lighting fast reflexes, was at the great mare's head, petting the muzzle, and scratching the star on the mares forhead.
"Man le trasta, Brego? Man cenich?" she cooed to the jumpy mare. Roina scanned the darkness with aqua eyes, hood over her face... _________________

The young woman glanced sharply up, hearing a faint elvish voice, not near but not far away. She looked curious.

When Harma had finally settled down, Roina walked back to her pack, the mare fallowing close behind. The elf was weary for sleep, but knew she needed to stay awake incase of dangers, for she felt the presence of many a creatures, not forest creatures, in the forest...

The young woman stood up and poked a stick into the fire until she had a passable torch. She took a few hesitant steps into the forest, wondering if she had only imagined that elvish voice.

Roina saw a glimmer of light somewere infront of were she was sitting. She didn't risk a fire. Harma was looking into the distance, nostrils wide, smelling something, ears forward, and mane and tail blowing in the gentle breeze. Roina smiled, it looked like a painting, a beautiful one.
"Nîn vanya Harma. Le yeeta maara an taari(my beautiful Harma. You look fit for a queen)," Roina said to the mare, who walked over to Roina and playfully nibbled her master's hood. Roina lifted her hands to pet the mares soft neck...

The young woman laid motionless in the high grass. With her fall she made a loud noise and she now waited until she was exposed. When a few minutes passed she finally dared to move again. She looked up: there was a fire going yet the place was deserted.

The young woman stopped. There it was again. She took a few more hesitant steps forward, and tripped on a tree root, sending her torch into a mud puddle, where it sizzled and was extinguished. Pulling herself up and unsuccessfuly trying to brush mud from her clothing, she looked around, trying to see back to her fire.

Even before the woman had the chance to get up she heard footsteps. She remained silent, hoping the high grass would cover her though the light of the fire shone on her cloak.

Roina looked forward, and aware again. It sounded like someone stumbled, and the light went out. She stood up, looking like a shdow in the pale moonlight. She walked soundlessly into the forest, going around behind what looked like a girl, trying to get rid of the mud on her cloths.
Roina snuck up behind the girl, and put her dagger gently to the girl's throught. "Who are you, and what is your buisness," she said...

The girl gasped and then twisted unsuccessfully to try and see her captor. "Atalante," she said in a hoarse whisper. "Atalante Mithivrin - and who are you to ask for my business?"

Seeing that it was only a young, human girl, Roina took the knife from Atalante's throught, but kept it out.
"I'm... just a traveler... call me... ruby," Roina wispered, starting to walk back to were she made camp. Her dark-blue cloak looked black in the forest night. She walked up to her mare, Harma, and gave her a carrot from her pocket...

The girl quietly watched a woman approach the fire. Her heart made a jump when another figure appeared behind her and she saw in the light of the fire the glitering blade of a dagger. Her thoughts and fears were confirmed: these people were dangerous.
She now saw the two shadows walk over to the fire. She closed her eyes and though how she ever could get away. She decided that running was her only option. The woman soundlessly jumped on her feet, ready to run.

Roina put the dagger away, and sat down. "a fire could bring goblins and such. They see the light, and want the wormth," she wispered, watching another human figure that just stood up, out of the corner of her eye.
The forest is full of life tonight, she thought...

Atalante looked surprised. "But there are no goblins in Ithilien...are there?" she said uncertainly. She was obviously rather inexperienced.
