I'm a bit stiff and sore. I guess that's what happens when you do lunges and jumps and sprints all in one day after doing basically nothing at all.

Yeah that might be it, i was stiff after doing pt for 2 hours once, that's coz i only really do for half an hour usually

Oh well, the worst thing is if you're stiff after doing something fun. Either that or after doing something you have to do again right now - like cycling or something. That hurts!

Cycling, gah, my butts hurts after I do that. Lol.
But as I have huge blisters on both ankles and can't wear trainers, so I can't go bikeriding.  _________________
