"Well, I suppose I'd better take my place at the table before it's taken." Elwen said to Lorwen, as a way of excusing herself, before moving through the crowd to the dining table, and taking her place near her father.

Having heard the dining bell go off, Aradan turned and looked at Turwaithiel again and inclined his head. "Now, if you'll excuse me, m'lady." he said, before taking his leave and going to the dining table, and taking up his place two seats down from Elwen, and Legolas soon slipped into place inbetween the two of them.
