(Interested looks, indeed..)

After escaping the table, Elwen became aware that probably wasn't the best idea..she ran into a lot of people she knew, all who seemed to want to talk, but making up some kind of hurried excuse, she got away from all of them somehow, and made her way outside the hall, into an empty hall. Breathing a quiet sigh of relief, she stood there for a moment, before making up her mind to go outside into the gardens.

Rhavaniel snapped the door shut after the figure had dashed out of it, not seeing them.
"Elwen! Wait, Sadron has something he wants to tell you!"
"Why you little..." Sadron growled, almost leaping at her throught.[sp?]

Elwen stopped sharply and turned, having heard her name, but not the statement after it. "I didn't catch that, what?"

"Nothing, sorry for disturbing you." Sadron called out, lunging for Rhavaniels mouth which had already formed the words 'He wants to tell you something'.
"Good bye sister..." he let go, and pushed her towards the door- usually very calm, these actions may have astonished all he knew.
"He wants to tell you something!" Rhan called loudly, before ducking back into the hall and snapping the door shut.

Silently she crept up behind the blond elf in front of her and poked him gently in the back. "Ignoring me?" she grinned playfully.

Elwen's brow furrowed slightly, and she folded her arms. "You want to tell me something." she said, repeating Rhavaniel's statement.

Not having been expecting that, Legolas jerked in surprise, then recognized the voice and smiled in amusement as he turned. "Now, why would I do that?"

Sadron blushed furiously "Well... Sort of... She was going to tell you... Look," he looked into her glittering eyes and attempted to calm his racing heart "I'm no good at this... I've never... Felt... Oh... Never mind. How... Are you?" he finished lamely.

"No, it's not just you." Legolas replied dryly. "Every year, it's the same thing."

The elf examined her glass-like fingernails, looking selfsatisfied, her raven black hair having tumbled out of the elegant style long ago.

Elwen had looked a little startled when he had taken her hand, but she said nothing. She also remained silent as he spoke, trying vainly to gauge exactly where this was all going..

Frowning slightly, Legolas had glanced at the door. True enough, he had seen the two of them out there talking, and hadn't thought anything about it..until now.

Turwaithiel went inside and put her stuff away. And she grabbed her cloak, sighing, and whispered, "This was never the life for me." Then, she was about to leave, and she started to walk out.

Meleth had watched Sadron go, dragging Rhavaniel, and something in the tilt of her head spoke of curiousity and a little longing - she had never had that sort of life. She looked down at her hands twisting in her lap and hoped for the best for Sadron.
