@ Nauriel: I do believe you're referring to Chamomile tea, and it truly does help. You should also try putting a hot pad where it hurts, that is if you have one.
You had to pay money to get your own belongings back? Sorry, I think that's a bit ridiculous...

A great thing to buy, if you have cramps and you can't lay down with a heating pad, are therma care patches. They are expensive but they last for up to 8 hours, I believe, and they soothe bad cramps.

Aye, those too are good. Mum bought a whole lot of them last time I had bad cramps, and they worked wonders!

Meh... I kind of got lost whilst watching LOST [please ignore my terrible pun]. It was really interesting and fun at the beginning, but then I began to lose interest.
