POWER RANGERS!! WOO

Ok so Im having a power rangers thing at the moment, Im downloading old episodes. Its so hillarously funny!!
I think its the lameness that makes it entertaining. The bad fighting, the unnecasary explostions.
'AHH Im dying, my chest must explode now!!"

lets do a power stance, ooh look there are explosions behind us for no appartant reason!!

oh no there is a giant mosnter!! Whatever are we to do!! I know, lets get a Huge robot!! Oh no, the robots arent working!! Lets get giant swords!!

Love it. I always loved the pink ranger ^_^.

I used to love power rangers when I was a kid. I was the red ranger for halloween once. I think I still have white and green power ranger dolls in my attic...

Awww Jo... now you made me wanna watch it again.. I was never so much into Power Rangers... guess I thought it was too geeky at that time (no offense), but I did sneak in to watch it once in a while and now I'm ready to confess my fandom!!!
Bring back the Power Rangers!!!

I just finished watching really old tapes of when the green ranger was formed.
What I find really stange is how they all constantly wear their power rangers colours. Like for instance Kimberly always has something pink on her....how odd indeed ^_^.

Anyway, the original American versions are a complete takeoff and even uses footage from the original japanese versions. Which is why when the evil Rita person is speaking you never see her mouth matching her words.
Also, the American version took the fighting scene footage fromthe Japanese version too. In the original Japanese version the yellow ranger is actually a dude, thats why the yellow ranger didnt have a skirt like the pink ranger. If you watch the old footage, in the fight scenes the yellow ranger kinda looks a bit more bulky and less feminine than the pink ranger.....


seriously dude...Ive been watching and reading about power rangers far too much in the last week.

Nah its okay, I had the go-go-power-rangers theme as my ringtone for a while! I used to watch the original series and thought it was sooo cool!! Now I look back and wonder why I ever liked it so much I lost track after they started making and remaking them and remaking them and remaking them.

I think it's a nice reference both to their Power Ranger colors and to the Japanese version! (but yeah, you're right, it does seem like you've been reading a lot... lol).

I never was a fan and only watched it afew times, but now I would really love to see it again...
