A hooded and cloaked figure leaned in the shadows of the stable, watching the two elves. In the darkness it was as if he wasn't even there... like he was transeparent. He watched them with brown liquidy eyes that were emotionless, yet amussed, terrified, yet mad all at once...

Ilinet was on it. In the corner of the stable he noticed a lean figure keeping a keen eye on two elves, leaving the stable.

Drawing his sword, he commanded, "I hope you mean them no harm?"

"Why would I hurtt a fellow elf? I was in the stable before they even came in." came the deep raspy voice of the hooded figure in the corner...

Ilinet lowered his sword. "You can never be to careful, friend."

The figure smiled gently and leaned agains the wall, crossing his arms against his chest. Watching the two elf maidens ride away...

Fearan lay in the tree, watching the stars through leafy braches. The crisp night air blew through the trees, wafting the sweet smell of the stables.

Tur rode quickly, then looked at Lowren. "Oh, I'd like to stop at Edoras in Rohan. An fellow Elf friend I haven't seen in many years stays there...I'd like to see her again."

The silverhaired elf likewise raised an eyebrow. "I asked but once - is that too many?" she added wryly, and leant again the door frame, arms folded.

In the forest close by, Ilinet lie hidden in the thick brush, slowly humming a tune. That morning he had crept from the stables, and went into the nearby trees, in search of some game to hunt. None was found.

It was near dawn, and the bright sun shone through the upper branches, revealing a cloudless sky. After all, it was the nicest day the elves had seen in some time. But it would not last for long.

As Ilinet's bare feet padded along the leafy trial, he came to several deer tracks. Following these, he eventually was lead to a stoney path, on which two elven maidens rode on beautiful horses. The same to elves he had seen come from the stable earlier that day.

Carefully, his keen eye was on the back of their heads. Barely did an elf tread this path. It was only known to the cunning.

((I know who the elf friend is! or I'm pretty sure I know who it is!))

The man got up, and whistled and imediantly and chestnut horse came galloping. The elf flung himself on, and the horse didn't miss a beat. He went a little west of the direction the two elf maidens went...

"Edoras! I have wanted to go there for some time now," Lorwen said and set her mind back to riding. After awhile she looked behind her. She wasn't sure if she was seeing things or not, but it appeared that they were not alone.
