Chris heard Lee's voice in the distance. He caught a glimpse of Jimmy laughing and mumbled: "What's the laughing about?" He became tired and dizy and fell back against the cave wall, the first aching pain in his hand started to fade and soon it seemd he had no feeling in his hand anymore.

Lee couldn't let this happen again. Her dark secret was surfacing again. She hobbled over for her ankel still hadn't been helped with the leech and grabbed his hand, putting the leech firmly against his hand and holding it tightly, an small layer of slimey form forming around the wound. "Stay with me, Chris."

Mark pouted, as he realized, that no one had noticed his last question. Adults always ignored him...that's why he'd always disappear to his room while company was around.
His face turned angry and his eyebrows frowned. He then walked away from Chris and sat in the center of the cave.

Jimmy's slumped back straightened and he looked towards the scene, "Leeches? You dudes mean that black looking piece of slimey crap, worm thing?" He stifled his nose.

"Yes, that." Lee said, not taking her eyes off Chris' wrist, which she held firmly in her hands. After an few moments, the leech fell off his wrist and onto the ground. The slimly mixture had poisen in it as Lee took an small leaf and wiped it off. There was an large bite mark on his wrist, but luckly there was only blood coming out now, not poisen.

Mark became bored with the conversation between these adults. He sighed and stared at the entrace to the cave. He stood up slowly and started to walk toward the entrace. Holding his wrist tightly, since it hurt to put it down, he winced as it throbbed.
"I'm going to explore outside, ok?" he said as he continued to walk toward the entrance.

"No more planes for me.." Chris mumbled dizzy. He heard voices but all the talking made no sense to him. Slowly he regained the feeling in his hand again, by feeling the sharp pain in his hand.

Alex glanced outside as he heard another throaty bellow resonate from the jungle. "You guys are no fun," he wheezed, spitting out another wad of blood. "As soon as I get my chest amputated, I'm gonna go see what's out there."

"Give me a break," Mark said to Lee sarcasticly. He continued toward the entrace and finally peeked his head out. Where were they? Where was the plane that they had crashed in? What were all those funny noises outside? Where there really more dinosaurs around? These were questions that swarmed through Mark's mind.
Curiosity got the best of him and he stepped outside into the warm daylight. "Anyone want to come explore with me?" he said with an adventurous smile.

Lee sat down and called out to Mark, "If you seriously want to go get eat'en, bring back some firewood or something and make yourself useful." She turned back towards Nessa and said, "No matterwhat you have to do, just do it!"
