Aradan turned and once again walked away, he had several other things to take care of before doing anything else. Now I know why adar is always so stressed out.. he thought as he reached his father's study, and went inside. Seeing a mass of paperwork on the desk, he shook his head, then took notice of a silver goblet, one that had steam rising from the rim of the cup, along with a note. Frowning slightly, he looked at it closer, picking up the note, and it read thus:

My Lord Aradan,
Drink this heated spice wine before doing anything else. You've been under far too much stress today, and you need something to help you relax.

There was no name signed, which would have normally caused Aradan to change his mind about drinking it, but just then, he didn't really care and downed the contents of the goblet within a few moments.

Elenanna sighed and she stood in the doorway of her husband's room, watching him in his current state. She sighed as she thought of her twins, and wondered if they had recieved the message she had sent them. The elleth sighed as she listened to the healers outside her room. Straightening, she smiled slightly at her husband, before leaving the room,going to check on the others.

Tur looked out of the window, sighing. "What is happening to us?" She whispered, beginning to cough a little but she covered it up a bit.

Setting the goblet down again, Aradan glanced at the paperwork again, then shook his head and decided to deal with it later. Now, he was just going to try and find Elwen.

Tur let the breeze come into the room as she thought about some herbs she could find to take with her, jsut in case.

Knocking on the door to his younger sister's room, Aradan wasn't surprised to hear coughing from within. "El?"

"What do you want, 'Dan?" Elwen called weakly, barely restraining her coughing.

"I wanted to see if you were all right..and apparently you're not."

"I'm fine.." Elwen responded, a little too quickly, and once again started coughing.

"Doesn't sound like it to me."

Tur started walkign down toward the forest and took out an small hunting knife to go and collect healing herbs.

Elwen sighed heavily and sat down on her bed..he knew. "Come on in.." she murmured.

Aradan opened the door and walked in, closing the door behind him. "El..if you let this go, it'll only get worse.."

"I know," Elwen said, exhasperated, before folding her arms. Taking a closer look at Aradan's face, she frowned slightly. "You don't look so well yourself.."

"I'm fine." Aradan said, a bit too firmly..he had felt a little warm the past few minutes. He turned and left the room, calling back over his shoulder, "I'm sending Aranel to come and look at you."

Tur bent down and starting cutting an few bundles of Kingsfoil from the ground when small pelts of rain started to fall from the darkening sky. Tur looked up and felt the rain, which wasn't as refreshign as she needed it to be, but continued to cut herbs as litghtning filled the sky and thunder roared loudly, filling every nook and crany that there ever was in the forest.

The noise caused Legolas, who had been sleeping only fitfully, to jerk awake, startled, and this jolted him into a coughing spell again.

Aradan, on his way to check on Legolas, jumped at the loud noise. "Aiya!"

Elwen, in the process of laying back down as she waited for Aranel to show up, jumped as well, and she was jolted into a coughing fit like Legolas.
