That's cool Altariel, I don't own the hobbit... or the Silmarillion. I wish I did though! I do own the book of lost tales part 1 ( which is pretty dumb because Christopher Tolkien wrote it and he changes stuff  ) and I also own the tolkien reader.

^I need to buy the Silmarillion... though I've been keeping my parents' ancient version hostage because I need it so much I never bother to put it away! It's not very nice though, because the cover's torn off (thanks to my very, very common use).

Haha yeah the binding on my collectors edition is coming apart, so I don't use it anymore, I use one of the other 4! Lol...

lol, yeah, mom got each of us one, and her one, and we also have the colectors edition.
ok, this is really random, but anyway...has anyone here besides me ever wondered who ever came up with the idea of a DVD?

I'm sorry haldy. I've had bad stomache aches too... not fun. hope you start to feel better 
Accually, I don't have school today, sense I'm homeschooled, we took the day off (dad took off work) and we are just staying home (exept for music lessons) to recover from the tiredness of going on vacation and being strapped in a van for 15+ hours.

we took a vacation to AZ, and on the way back, my mom was so determined to get back to her own bed, that we drove ALLLLL the way back home in one day. We live in TX.

lol, yeah, I had a DP and my parents were about to kill me because it had cafine in it and I didn't have anything to do exept giggle and annoy them.

I haven't been on a vacation in a very long time... gas prices are too high.

Sounds fun.... I wish I could go skiing. I never have. lol, where I live, if it even starts to snow the slightest bit, everyone comes out of their houses (well, at least the kids) and starts making 'snow angels' which turn out to be green because there insn't even an inch of snow on the ground. I pesonally get up, look out my window and nearly have a heart attack, then run outside saying, IT'S SNOWING!!!!! when there is about 1/2 inch of snow. *shakes head* its quite sad.
