Hey.. I heard rumours about the film aaaages ago, then I forgot about it.. but when I was searching Amazon for V for Vendetta Graphic novels, I came across the LXG ones.. and remembered that rumour of the sequel.. So then I went to countingdown.com, and most posts are from 2004,but the most recent posts are from May this year, and things have seemingly quietend down..
So.. is there anyone out there who might have a idea of a rough release date for the movie or anything? I can't find much on it at all..I'm really eager to see LXG 2 ....

I'm not aware they are making one. It wasn't a very popular film even though I liked it. I can't see them making a sequel for such a poorly received film.

Oh, they definately are.. it was received exceptionally well down here in Aus.. .in fact, from what I know, they'll be producing it in either a FOX studio in Sydney, or, some other studio in Melbourne.
And I think, when they were making the first one, they probably had the sequel in mind..after all, it's based off the LXG Grpahic novels by Alan Moore and.. whats-his-name.. (can't remember at the moment).. and there are 2 of those..
I just wish there was more info on the net about it..  _________________

I really hope they make another one. I loved the first. Sawyer was my favorite, but i'm a shane west fan

Well I would be very surprised if Sean Connery came back (even if his character didn't really die) as he thoroughly hated the experience.

I never heard rumours of a II... that would be neat though, I loved that movie...
Only thing is, my favorite character turned out to be the bad-guy. I liked Dorian, because I always like the proper, cold, English types... and then he was bad. I was heartbroken.  _________________ <center> -In Christ alone my hope is found, He is my light, my strength, my song-

Meh, I thought it was entertaining to see such a wide show of characters, but I thought it was a little over-played. But, suppose if you liked Van Hellsing, you would like LOEG. Hehe, I guess it was set up for a sequel wasn't it?
