^not guilty of the last two, but definitely guilty of freaking out when I find a fellow ringer!

You know you're obsessed when, since you have no pets , you named most of your stuffed animals after LotR characters. (guilty)
When your email address, IM screenname, forum account names, etc. are all LotR related (semi-guilty)
When you "cast" all your friends and acquaintances as LotR characters, enlisting two of your best friends to help you out, and coming up with actual logical reasoning behind some of them (ex. Gimli is someone who wears Axe deodorant )
When you name the hard drive(s) on your computer after a LotR location or character or thing. (I have not done this, but my dad has!)

u know ur obsessed when you need to have something with lotr on it (like a folder, notebook,....) or in it with u at all times..........most of my notebooks have quotes and everything on them.....hehehe

i'm guilty of so many of these, or slight variations of them. like i don't have "speak friend and enter" on my door, but it is the welcome message on my mobile. actually, worse than that it, it's in elvish - "pedo mellon a minno".

and you also know you're obsessed when everytime your vicar says the blessing and gets to the bit that goes "the fellowship of the holy spirit", you say "fellowship of the ring" in your head.
