((Uh... The post about Tulmind being injured.. he mentioned Aearion looking at something, and he also sets it up as if he wants for Aearion to prefrom surgery on Tulmind... I just think that seems unreasonable... O.o))

Halarond squatted next to tulmind, then seeing Aeaerion with a dagger, he knew what Tulmind was trying to do. "NO!" he said. "We cannot do that, Tulmind! Only a SKILLED hrealer can perform such actions, and even then it is tricky." he paused. "the best thing to do would be to leave it, broken ribs cannot be healed anyway. Just don't move. ill send someone back to the army for a healer." he said.

"Halarond, what was it that was following us?" Aearion turned to Halarond as he started to hel Tulmind up. Hen flew down and perched himself on Aearion's shoulder, just long enought to let him know that he was there, and then quickly took off.
"I felt a shadow right after I found Tulmind on the road. I think we are being followed."

(o srry i thought when you jumped off the horse that Harlond would be kind enough to take off your blind fold. Or is he actually blind?)
Tulmind grabbed the dagger and shoved in into his boot. Alls he did was embaress himself, he also thought that he would be able to have the operation right here but it would not. He needed to be ready when the shadow came back. "A.... Shadow........I ran....... then jumped..." he pointed to the ridge which now looked to be a good 40 foot drop. His breath came in the heavy short heaves, "...they... know of.... us." he hated to be helpless like this but he reluctantly used Aeron's support.

Tulmind tryed again to explain what he saw in the short, painful chances he had to speak. "A.... darkghe..... figure." he winced at the pain and now he felt a headache where the thing had slapped him. "Too fast..... jumped." the pain in the back of his head became so imense that his eyes watered and he felt hot and sweaty then his legs started to go numb. He tryed to push his way through the pain to a sulotion but in all of his years that his mother had taught him about healing had not covered this... or did they? Then it came to him all of the sudden, it was not a fist that knicked his head... but a poisend sword. The numbing of his legs stopped at his waist for he had only gotten a tiny bit of the posion, but then he fell fast in to a deep sleep.

A healer from the army rode back with the Scout now and started to look at Tulmind's wounds.
"In answer to your question, lord Aearion, we carry on as normal, and we have yet to cross the high pass yet, we are nearing it. But I should like to hear what the healer says of Tulmind's condition before we decide wherther he comes or stays." Halarond said.
"But the foul enemy, whatever that was, has caught wind of us, so we will need all haste now."

Aearion nodded. Just as he feared.
"Alright. As far as I can tell, Tulmind is not badly injured, but he might feel much worse than he acctually is, that happens alot with rib injuries because each breath he takes is very painful, he only has 2 cracked ribs, but they are on opposite sides of his rib cage - equalizing the pain on either side so his body is constantly under strain. He also fell down a hill in the process, this will make him seem worse because he got the wind knocked out of him, he won't be able to talk well for a couple of hours, and he will be a bit light-headed and faint. I have seen it happen many times. Unincluding the falling down a hill part that is."
