Orgin for me has more raw emotion imo.
Fallen was great, don't get me wrong I love every song off Fallen, but it feels over produced, making it more sanitized.
I've only heard Call me when you're Sober from the new album, so I can't judge that till I hear all of it.

^I know what you mean. This new album 'The Open Door' is also a bit like 'Fallen' when it comes to production but I enjoy it very much

Aka Wolfie It's a good song and interesting video, but it's actually not one of my favorites compared to the others on their new album. Just a little too formulaic, I guess *shrug* It's still good, though. hmmmm is he an actor Arwen? I don't think so, I believe this was his first appearance in anything...but I'm not sure.
he should be in more

Great song, great video (I think I still like Everybody's Fool better though). I need to buy the album, but i'm saving up for The Black Parade. About Wolfie...
He's had some minor roles in a few tv shows, and is a member of the "Melessa Jean Band."

Since the video he is "getting lots of calls for auditions on today's biggest shows, including "Nip/Tuck" and "Friday Night Lights." He is also being considered for the lead male character in an upcoming feature film starring Jenna Jameson."
Thank Mr. Google.

Ok, ok, don't ask me anything then because I'm wrong He's still extraordinarily hot though
The Open Door seemed less formulaic and over-produced than Fallen to me. Sure, there are some songs like CMWYS that are really annoyingly radio-friendly, but a bunch of others are a nice branching-out. I do love a lot of their older stuff, though.

uhhhh nice pics... handsome guy...
Anyway, I didn't like the song when I heard it the first time, perhaps I had too many expectations to it (even though never was a huge Evanescence fan), but it's growing on me... I like it better now!!

I like the song very much and I like the new album as well. I just got it randomly from a friend as a very, very late birthday present and although I never listenend that much to Evanescene before (in fact I only knew "Bring Me To Life" and "My Immortal" ), I love to listen to their music now. Amy Lee has such a cool voice.
In fact I'm thinking about buying Fallen now as well. [I know it's a bit strange to have a band's second album before having the first one ].

^ Actually I do (or did =P) that a lot, whenever I hear a song I like I feel that I must have the whole CD... and when I buy it I figure out it's actually second or third and I wanna have the older stuff too.
Am I making sense?

Origin...but it was a very, very limited release. The band totally doesn't mind if you download the songs from it instead of buying it for some outrageous sum on ebay.

Yup, at the height of the Evanescene initial hype. Origin was going for anything up to $300-400. Pretty absurd if you ask me.
Download it, it rules and imo is better than Fallen.
