Cyrus slammed the door shut as the last of them got out, the same sadistic smile was still on his face as some of his long greyish hair were on his face and his jawbone seemed almost to shine trough the thin, burned skin. He hmhed and turned to another wall quietly running his hand across it, he removed his armoured glove and began praying for his god.

After a quiet prayer two runes began to glow and the wall crancked open, Cyrus stepped aside pointing the way with his open palm.

"There is what you have been seeking"

Raelin slowly began moving towards Knyn while fighting. He saw Crus point the way out and said in a hoarse whisper "Let's go..." then he began to move towards the doorway slashing everything in his path and every once in a while sinking his teeth into a zombies neck just for good sport.

Knyn nodded in response to Turwaithiel's question. He was about to ask the same of her when he saw that the vast doors at the end of the corridor were thrown open.

They entered a vaulted audience hall lined with towering columns. At the end of the dark chamber stood a throne, on which a half-desentigrated skeleton sat. A crown, still glimmering gold through its layers of dust, perched on the corpse's cracked skull. Around the corpse's neck hung a simple bronze amulet.

Turwaithiel stared in wonder and in awe as she saw the skeletal figure on the throne.

Raelin looked at the skeleton figure and ran his tongue over his forked teeth. He felt a sudden greedy urge to reach out and take it for himself. But he restrained himself. Soon enough he would have his prize...

Knyn stared at the bronze amulet in wonder as he approached. Slowly, he lifted it from the dead king's head. The amulet flared a radiant, blue-white light. He held it out for the others to see.

Turwaithiel gazed at it, but more light shone in the room, causing Tur to look away, for the brightness was blinding.

"By that light, that does not look 'unholy' to me... and in here!"

Cyrus asked with a laugh as they seemed no to have any idea.

"It was once great. But we have no time to linger. Come!"
