It was a sad movie, what little I saw of it. We watched part of it in English class. At the same exact time my friend and I looked at eachother when we noticed the captain was King Theoden in disguise.

It was really sad. I wanted to cry at some parts.

Oh, I love Titanic, warts and all! Few movies have succeeded in making me cry so much. :'(

People who see my dvd collection make fun of me for having Titanic and romeo and juliet.

They're modern classics! Just because I appretiate great peices of art doesnt mean people who only like xxx and other vin deisel movies can pick on me for my taste.

stupid heads.

Oh, funny thing. Today I was sewing my quilt and I was watching TV at the same time and I was flipping between the actual movie playing on HBO and a documentary on about the remnants of the Titanic on the History channel.

When I watched the movie, I admit, some scenes were cheesy but it was a good movie though. I noticed that Lancelot was in it [with an attractive slight-Irish/Scottish accent]

^Yes, I especially love Rose's white dress- the one that she's wearing the whole time the Titanic is sinking. I absolutely LOVE this movie though- it's my favorite after all of the LotR movies. :P :)

i never really got what was so great about this film. leonardo di caprio is a stunning actor, but he's just so darn dull in titanic, and by the end of the film i was willing to strangle rose if she said "jack" one more time!

the only thing i really like about the film is that when jack takes rose down to steerage they dance to a piece of irish folk music called moles (well, that's what we called it anyway) that was my old folk group's piece de resistance and one of my favourite folk tunes.
