I'm a fan who's a girl. Not a fangirl. There's a very big difference.
Though I do like Will. A lot. But that's mainly because he's so good and honourable and noble...

I'm a fangirl...and though I'm not exactly proud to admit it, it's true, and I will swoon over Will, given the chance

I don't insult fangirls (at least not to their face ) but I could never be one. I'm just not... that kind of person. But there are plenty of fangirls who can be nice, so I accept them.

^^ That's a great group title!
I guess when if someone was forcing me, I would admit I think Will's pretty... good looking. And I never say that about any guy what so ever. But I will admit it about Will if I'm in a particularly strange mood.

I'm in the "Thinks Will is pretty darn good-looking and isn't afraid to admit it" group, a.k.a. slightly sheepish fangirl. BTW, potr, do you ship W/E or J/E? I've never found out and I'm curious Or are you okay with either?

I am most decidedly W/E, though I'm not furious about the J/E moments in DMC. I already wrote out my whole opinion on the situation in the AWE thread, but basically, I think it's an okay thing to have. I won't deny that Jack and Elizabeth have chemistry...I just think that she and Will have more.

That's kinda the impression I got, glad I was correct As you know I'm W/E...and I'm having trouble not being mad about those moments, but you know, I'll get over it.
I'm also not letting my parents see DMC (well, they could if they wanted, but I'm not recommending it) until AWE comes out and they can watch it as one movie. Sort of. Because they're really not gonna like DMC unless they can see AWE resolve it.

Well, believe it or not, I really liked Beckett's line, "A marriage interrupted? Or fate intervenes?" A lot of J/E shippers use that as fate intervening to break Will and Elizabeth up (so that Jack can get with her), but I think fate intervened because they weren't ready yet. As I said in my other post, I don't think their relationship was mature enough yet. If it's all puppy love and butterflies up until the marriage, when their first conflict comes (and it will), I don't think they'd be able to weather it. Will might, as he's a bit more of a realist, but Elizabeth has a very set notion (based on books) of what a relationship should be, and as is evidenced by her actions in DMC, it confuses her when things go 'wrong.' So I think they needed to go through this darker time together where everything isn't crystal-clear before they can truly enjoy the benefits of marriage. You can't appreciate the light until you've been through the dark.

Though I do like Will. A lot. But that's mainly because he's so good and honourable and noble... I couldn't have said it better. I don't watch the movie just for Will, but hey, it's a nice bonus. And not just because he looks good which he does but because of his excellent character. :P Meldawen wrote: I'm in the "Thinks Will is pretty darn good-looking and isn't afraid to admit it" group, a.k.a. slightly sheepish fangirl. heh heh. I'm just a bit afraid to admit it. drewkid wrote: I'm W/E all the way! No J/E! WIll and Elizabeth! Waaaahhhh!!!
