Oh yeah, talk about anyone you love who died. It's just that the majority of us like LotR (well, duh) and Harry Potter, so we'll tend to talk about them a bit more. But introduce anyone! Like, Yoda-it was sad when Yoda died.

He is so likeable because he had son much really bad stuff happened to him like him killin his m8, Destroying a city, marrying his sister etc.
All the really rough stuff happened to him. But Boromir did fight really well to redeem himself for what he did and Elendil was jsut super cool.

I'll join. My favorite characters always die.
I am currently in shock from what happened in A Separate Peace by John Knowles, which I just finished.
*SPOILERS*
I really didn't think that Finny could die... I mean it was only a broken leg... they said he would be fine... AND THEN HE DIED! AAH! STUPID LYING DOCTORS!! He was my favorite character and, just like everyone else, he is now dead. WHY??!!
I know that Gene didn't cry for you, Finny, but I did. *Sniffle*
*END SPOILERS*
I get so emotional when book characters die, but not when real people kick the bucket.

I thin boromir was cool and I mourn him cos he died with valour and also he repented of trying to take the ring. Not many men did that who recieved a ring of power lol.
