Because my father is still alive, and I really don't feel like killing anyone.

I've read the abridged book - the one with all the nice little commentary. "And this is where he went on for 3 pages describing her hats."

ROFLOL! Yes, I've read [and love] the book! Great stuff. In fact... I was even more a fan of the book=Inigo than the movie one.

Oh yeah. Cause you get so much background information that the movie can't give you. And Fezzik. I adore Fezzik.

Hah! I like her avvi too!
Anyone else half-obsessed with Prince Hump-o?I mean, he's such an awesome coward! In the movie, i love that scene where he can tell everything about the sword fight. Almost like a really wicked and cowardly Aragorn.
Woah-ho.
Did I just compare Hump-o to Aragorn?
*claps hand over mouth*
*looks around nervously*

I love Humperdink's cowardliness! The whole scene with the "to the pain". And I love his line - "You know how I love watching you work. But I have my country's 500th anniversary to plan, my wedding to arrange, my wife to murder, and Gildor to frame for it. I'm swamped!"
And you gotta love Count Rugen. He's so calm and evil-ish. "Now, how do you feel? And please, be honest. This is for posterity."

Yes, Humperdink is the perfect coward! And Coung Ragun, the six figured man! He's really cool. When he is about to fight Ingio and he sends his men to kill him...
"Kill the dark one and the giant, but leave the third for questioning."
And then Ingio kills them all andf they prepare too duel. And Count Ragun decides to show his cowardness and runs! Hillarous!

Oh, the cowardly bad guys. I'm glad they all got what was coming to them.

And then he has to go and use the skiin-doo thingy-ma-bob... Don't know how to spell it. The dagger in his boot.
It was so scary... At St. Andrew's Highland games in MI this year, there was this guy who looked exactly like Count Rugen. I freaked out. Tried to stay away from the clan tent, but when my dad called my mom I had to go there to look up our tartan. (Irish tartan, that is. something with Tyrone and Ulster.) Anyway... If you've watched any of the Special Features the guy who plays Humperdink actually looks pretty nice. He has an earring.
