We used to have two parrots (they both died) and now we have a dying dog. Lovely family, ne?

Im just reading Eragon for my first time. Its so kool...I loove Saphira..in a way..I feel sorry for her, and for Eragon. I love Eragon and Saphira.

Ok, this is why:

About maybe 2 years ago, my dad bought my older bro. Eragon. Cuz we were all LOTR fans and all..so he thought he would like it. I read like 5 chapters, then stopped reading it because I thought it was boring. But my Mom and all thought Eragon was bad-full of witch craft and everything...so my brother did that ignore that for awhile. But then, he realized that it was kind of bad...and then he didnt like the books anymore. Since we're Christian, all the magical...blah blah stuff seemed wrong. But somehow...I dont feel it as wrong, and sure, there may be a few bad parts, but like in Narnia, when the Calormens worship Tash, their god, I ignore that, and I can still like Narnia. So, I'm not sure what my siblings and family would think if I was reading it Eragon, I'm actually reading the books in secret...

oh yeah - my mom got worried about all the witchcraft in Eragon as well, the Razoc - is that thier name? well its similair to a name of allah so my mom was like - thisis bad for you and all but we convinced her to let us read it still
