Dragged along as he was, Aradan had to quickly stifle a laugh of pure amusement. Mirwen, however, didn't allow herself that, and laughed quietly, though stifled it rather quickly.

Gimli heard voices, from where he was admiring a fine piece of Elvish architecture inside. "Hmm," he grunted to himself, reworking the piece over in his mind, to a more grand a Dwarvish fashion. He turned, and went outside.
A half-smile played about his bearded face. "Aradan!" he called a bit gruffly, recognition lighting, as he turned to the two others.

Gimli shook himself upon being set down, and brushed his clothes off. "Ye needn't be so enthusiastic Aramel!" he chided roughly, but his eyes shown behind the frown.
"Elrond is having a private consultation with another elf who arrived earlier. I believe they are discussing our purpose in being here." He arched his eyebrows and looked about the small group, shaking his head knowingly.
