Vanwawen smiled and grabbed a candle as Aearion pulled her into the house. She puickly lit the candle.
"Okay," she said, and headed tward the room. And she did so, replied to Atlandte, "Well... we could just test the stuff thats all over the floor... and the cooks usually make too much for breakfast... theres always left overs."

Atalante still looked very doubtful, but didn't reply. She lit a few candles herself and shut the door. "Yes, well I suppose that's one way to look at it," she said, as if to herself, after a moment.

Aearion handed Atalante a small cloth,

"Can you please get a.. Sample of whatever poison that was on your plate, please?" He then got a small wooden bowl out and set in on the counter.

"Vanwawen, when you get the Celeben out, some and pour some in this bowl please." He then started crushing some sort of leaves, that were soon unreconizable save their rich scent. Putting the paste into the bowl, Aearion breathed in deaply, letting the plants aroma fill his senses. He smiled, and then stood silenly, thinking. Suddenly he remembered something - lights! He quickly went over and opened the windows, light spilling through the window panes.

"Forgive me, I forgot about the lighting..." Aearion appoligised to his visitors, not knowing if they were even in the room.

((Note: Celeben is a random name I came up with in about 3 seconds, so...))

Vanwawen quickly did what she was told, and when she was done said to Aearion, "Done, what now?"

Um....I just read through everything to catch up, but it didn't help much. The last few pages are kind of confusing. Would somebody mind explaining just what exactly has happened since my last post?

Well, mostly irrevelent stuff, but 'this morning' Atalante's food was poisoned (She found out by feeding it to a unfortunate cat) And She, Aearion, and Vanwawen are working on figuring out what kind of poison it is. And I'm not completely sure, but if I recall correctly, the scouting party is about to reach Dul Guldor. Hope that helps!

Atalante quickly selected a morsel of food off her plate and put it in the bowl, careful not to touch it just in case, and looked at Aearion. "All right - what would you like me to do with it?"

As the day progressed, eventually faint sounds could be heard through the forest. Meleth halted, looking wary, and turned to the others. "We should probably take to the woods - if anything hostile is approaching it will come along the path."

Aearion sat down on a large overstuffed sofa sitting in the main room, next to the room in which they were mixing all of the ingreadence.

"Well... We wait." He patted the seat next to him, "Come, sit. I will go and fetch whatever food we have in the pantry, and we can make up for breakfast." He then rose to his feet and went around a hallway behing the counter. He then returned with some berries, dried meat, and bread. "I know its not all that much, and its probably not the best, but you can blame that on me. I forgot to get more."
