The elf watched qietly as they introduced themselves, choosing to stay silent, almost nervous about wheather to speak or not.
She was on her own, she had no horse at the moment, and was lonely, yet she feared these seemingly kind people would not accept her for who she was.
Turwaithiel hadn't even recognised her- Had it been so long?

Maralyn had remained silent whilst the others were introducing themselves, preferring to clean her sword than to speak with strangers. She had always been shy, and this particular time was no exception. She glanced up as Tur spoke, unsure weather the question was aimed at her or the other she-elf with the bow.

Maralyn sheathed her sword and slowly stood up, her face weary from the battle. "Maralyn Imladiel," she said, introducing herself, "I hail from Imladris." She turned to Tur and bowed. "Thank you for coming to my aid; I doubt I would have survived if it were not for you." She looked up, staring first at the elf with the bow, then at the man. "I thank you two, as well, for you risked your lives for us."

The pale elf grinned broadly at Tur's comment, then gave an curt bow to Maralyn, her black hair falling curtain like over her eyes before she swept it out of her way again.

Reniel watched the scene from the treetops. Suddenly, a sound to the west of her caught her ear. She turned slowly. Leaping into the next treetop soundlessly, her eyes probed the dark forest. Her unusual violet eyes settled upon a second wave of orcs, surrounding the little group. Her breath caught. She dropped soundlessly to the forestfloor a little ways behind the group. She rushed forth quietly, then standing to her full height of six feet. She strode towards Maralyn. "I am afraid you are not safe yet, my friend. I have been observing you from the treetops for some time. You have been surrounded by orcs." she said, glancing behind her. Her keen eyes picked up the dark shadows of the orcs against the foliage.

Crourin sighed, and dismounted to help fight better.
"Looks like those Uruks will have to wait a little longer. I think we're going to end up fighting a whole army. Why are they after you anyway?"
