Melian smiled and Hermione came over. A few seconds later she beckoned a masked figure closer, whose tuxedo was all too nice. He greeted Hermione warmly and asked her name. Melian smiled to herself.

Melian smiled and swayed to the music, Hermione certainly had a lot of admirers tonight. She looked to Audrey, "You know, why can't we dance?" With a grin the girls took to the dance floor to have fun.

Just to catch up a bit:
Audrey welcomed Hermione's greetings joyfully, "I'm Audrey" she said "It's lovely to meet you, you look very pretty" she added shyly, not usually very good at handing out compliments. Hermione soon left to dance with a gentlemen that had soon entered.

Now you, Melian :
After Hermione left, Audrey gladly took Melian's invitation to dance, so the girls got up to the dance floor and sort of half-twirled around together. Audrey was quite content at being able to laugh together with her new friend. While dancing, Audrey noticed a figure standing by the punch bowl with some lemonade, and asked Melian, between half-giggles "Do you think we should go greet him? He seems a bit lonely."
