Rhavaniel laughed, and clapped Dernhelm on the back "Not a chance old man..." she grinned cheerfully, walking with determined steps towards the edge of the clearing and the road to the palace.
With a chuckle, she shot off into the dark shadows.

Vanya and Thalion quickly whistled for their steeds and the horses burst into the woods, answering their masters' call. Vanya gently stroked her mare, Beriana, while Thalion checked over his steed Arbellason. "Let us join the others." Thalion told his wife as he quickly mounted his steed. "Yes." Vanya echoed as she mounted her mare. "Let the orc hunting begin." With that both set off to join their companions.

Vanya and Thalion studied the tracks from where sat upon their steeds. So this may be the evil Thranduil spoke of. Vanya thought, concern furrowing her brow. She glanced at her husband who looked at her. If what the King says is true, he sent his thoughts back to her, the creatures shall return. Vanya then turned to the group. "We had best be on guard," she replied quietly.
