The sky darkened and the moon had disappeared as they rode on and it started to rain. Now they'd left the woods there were no trees for shelter and Will wrapped his cloak around him. In the distance he could see the lights of a village, probably the one where they were heading to.

Annalett brought up the rear of the group, not wanting to jostle Lughir. She put her hood up, and wrapped the cloak over the child so he wouldn't get wet when it started raining. She kept her eyes on the warm glow of the distant town, and was glad to see it not up in flames...

"I'm Gavin." the man said to Lanie. "Glad to meet you."

lanie smiled to herself. " thats a nice name, well nice to meet you too, Gavin." Lanie then noticed the drops of water driping from the sky. " ugh...we better get there soon...i hate the rain." she said outloud.

Anaya looked up at the sky as she felt the first few droplet of rain. She smiled, as it fell onto her face. If this had been any other night, she would be standing out in it, literally soaking up part of nature. She sighed and looked forward and realised she was a little behind the rest. Speaking quietly to the stallion, he picked up pace.

Rory checked his mare. It was dangerous to let her run all out on the deer trail in the rain. With a slight lift of the reins she slid down into a slow canter and Easily let the others catch up to her huge lead.
Rory patted her on the side and found that all of the sudden he was next to the woman who had chosen the spirited stallion from the bunch of horses that Annalett had found.
He tipped his head and sat forward in his seat. to edge the mare on up to the front.

Anaya noticed the one they called Rory canter up alongside her, he tipped his head politely at her. She opened her mouth to speak to him, but he guided his horse back towards the front.

She frowned at little as she observed everyone. It appeared everyone else had made some sort of small talk. She hadn't really had much of a chance to really speak to anyone. She didn't mind all that much, she had been on her own for some time now and was used to the solitude.

As the trail became slippery Will slowed down a little. In the dark he could hardly see Rory in the lead and only after some time he noticed he rode next to a woman with dark, long hair, who he hadn't noticed in the beginning.
"I'm Will" he finally said after a while. He was a man of not too many words, but he smiled at her when he noticed she seemed to enjoy the rain.

A man on a horse pulled up alongside her and he smiled as he introduced himself to her. She seemed a little surprised, but returned the smile "I'm Anaya"

"Really?" Gavin smiled a bit. "I like it." He shook his rough hair back from his face to let the drops fall in it.

Annalett slowed her horse, wanting to be extra carefull. Eventually Anya and Will caught up to her since she used to be ahead, but slowed down much. Hereing there introductions, she said.
"I'm Annalett. I've given this little one the name of Lughir, since I don't know the name his parents gave him..."

(can we get to the town already we've been going on and on about riding I'm getting a little bored)

Fineally they all made it to the town. Lanie saw the dim lights lighting the way into the town. she waited for Rory to lead the way. she had learn to smart enough to wait for him. once she didn't wait for him. she got shot with an arrow in her sholder...she learned her lesson.

Anaya nodded at Annalette, and smiled warmly as she looked upon the child. "Lughir" she looked back up at her "Good name, strong. You have done a good deed by looking after him."

Anaya looked forward and noticed the lights of the town coming into view.
"Looks like we're here" and dismounted her horse and took him by the reigns.
