I must say that I was a tad bit disapointed in the Eragon movie... Within the first 15 minutes I counted at least 4 things that were different from the book!

I'll join! I really haven't been into Eragon for that long, but I saw the movie twice and am almost done with the first book.

I was disappointed about the movie, but the second time I saw it, it was better...

Yes!!! After Durza appeared, Murtagh did too, and he killed the Urgals, but Eragon was the one who shot Durza in the forehead...not Murtagh...*grr*

I still haven't finished the book and I've seen the movie twice and I can tell the difference. I understand that they have to condense stuff but I hate it when they totally change what happened. I think they did a pretty good job. Not excellent, but it was fairly good.

They messed up the book alot in the movie, true they needed to condense it but they could of at least not left out solembum, or Angela being at the battle or how she acted...GAH>.< And did anyone esle notice? Saphiras wings looked more like Gryphons wings feathery. They should of been scaly

And I agree with that ^ also.

I enjoyed the movie as something that strangely had some coincidences as this other book I've read... :)
