Padme stepped onto the veranda and looked at the penthouse. It was beautiful. But it wasn't home yet. She unclipped her communicator from her utility belt and attempted to send a message to Reia.

Reia looked down at her belt as her communicator went off, before reading the message. She picked up her comlink and contacted Padme.

"See ya," she said, disconnecting the communicator. "Captian!" she called. "Would you mind if I was out for a few hours?"
"Senator, if you're going out into the city then I insist I accompany you," said Captian Typho as he came into the apartment.
"I'll be with Reia and probably Eljaraj too. I'm also bringing a blaster," she said reassuringly.
He looked at her, still not liking it but nodded. "Well I guess, I don't mind if you're going to be with Reia and Eljaraj."
She smiled. "Thank you."
Padme went back onto the veranda and hopped into the speeder parked nearby. She looked at her communicator, checking where Reia's signal had come from, before clipping it back on and pulling away from the apartment.

Kenobi walked slowly around the outskirts of the tables that sat in the middle of the cafeteria. Almost all were filled, but then his eyes caught a glimpse of a familiar face, "Reia!" He raised a hand for her to see and walked toward her table. "Do you mind if I sit with you?"

Reia, who'd been looking out the window with her chin on her knuckles, perked up as Obi-Wan came along. "Master Kenobi!" she said, grinning, before standing. This probably surprised him, as she was wearing her pilot gear and officer medals, and she hadn't seen him since she was about 15 - a year or so after the Naboo incident.

Kenobi smiled back and looked Reia up and down. "You have certainly grown up, Reia. I remember you being such a young vivacious one." He reached forward and gave her a friendly hug and then sat down at the table. Sipping his soup, he asked, "So what brings you here?"

Dropping his spoon, Obi-Wan's jaw dropped, "Padme....? She's here?....." He then tried to regain his composure by picking up the spoon and eating, "Oh well, that is wonderful news......"
