Devina grabbed his ear, and deftly tugged it, pulling him closer.
"We could show him his reflection. Then maybe, baby Jack,"here she grinned slightly "Will notice something is wrong? If not, there's a large atlas on the table, I'll hold, you take a swing."

Portia smiled a little to Devina and nodded. "Aye... there should be some type o' object with a reflection on it." She said and looked to Jack. "Jack... we need ye ta trust us." She said softly.

Devina let go his ear, and stepped back, casting a critical eye through the cabin, settling on what seemed to be the rest of a faded, cracked old mirror that lay in the corner. Siging, she picked it up, and thrust it in front of him.
"How old would you say you were?" she asked.

Portia looked to Devina and then looked to Jack, when the mirror was put near his face. She folded her arms and watched him closely, to see what his reaction would be.

The mirror pushed into Jack Sparrow's face, and behold, there was indeed the reflection of a man looking back at him. Wait, that wasn't him! Was it?
"AH!" Jack screamed before he ran off away from the mirror, leaped onto the bed, and stood up on it. His sand crusted boots scooted away from the scene on the bumpy mattress until his back rested up against the wall. A look of distress plastered on his face.

Jack slid down the wall and sat very still with is knees squashed up against his chest.
He pointed a shakey finger across to where the mirror lay and he whispered, "Who's...th-that?"

Jack's hand hesitated, but it soon enough fumbled up to his face. Immediately he felt a beard followed by two braids that dangled from his chin.
His kohl-rimmed eyes widened twice their normal size. He gasped and then immediately jumped off the bed.
He started feeling his head, which now had long worn dreads living from it. His fingers ran along the faded red bandana wrapped around his forehead.
He stopped, and lowered his hands. He twisted them back and forth, watching them make strange hand gestures. They were big. Not small anymore.
He patted his sides and face just to make sure he was real, and this wasn't all a dream.
Finally, a estatic smirk fell over Jack's face. He ran along side to Devina and measured his hand across her head, "I'm taller than you!" he proclaimed in a taunting, childish tone.
