Jhor laughed as his sword clashed down on the mail of his friends chest. "You die Rolyn, 5-3 to me..agian" Rolyn grinned goodnaturedly at his freinds jest and attacked again as they fought in the open courtyard that backed onto the street.

Bryn watched his two friends fight and cheered them both on. They had all gotton up early for Choosing Day. Bryn saw a strange man ride up that morning in his room. It was almost noon now, and almost time for the choosing. He rubbed his hands nervously as he countiuned to watch them spar.

Arandur was excited because of it being choosing day. He walked into the courtyard and grinned when he saw a few of his friends standing around and sparring. He flipped out his large knife and brandished it as he walked towards Bryn. He gave Bryn a grin. "Are you ready for Choosing Day?"

Bryn grinned back at his very old friend. He had known Arandur for almost his whole life and he hoped to still hang with him after choosing. "Yeah...nervous, though. You?"

(That's fine. But his name is Arandur not Anduran. Yeah I accidentally typed Anduran, but I went back and edited it. Lol)
Arandur nodded. "Yeah," he admitted, "A little." He wanted to get picked for something important, and he wanted to still be able to see Bryn since they had been good friends for so long.
