(LOL!)
Shamíra glared contemptfully at Xoroku. "You will remember who is general here, Xoroku." she spat. "You will not threaten me again." she fingered the pommel of her dagger, but reconsidered.
"Now then. I can promise only for myself. These barbarians can barely keep a blade in their hand. I cannot promise that the captain will not be disposed of. It would be far better for us all if he was." she said pointedly. "Be forewarned, Xoroku. You have sworn an oath to Lord Sauron and it must be fulfilled. You are only freed by death. Remember that." she said.

Urglaz smiled with satisfaction as the Gondorians chose service back in his kingdom to a man. He sent them off with several of his officers and a large number of his soldiers to guide them. He mused over Shamira's reaction to this act of mercy.

Shamíra glanced in Urgalz's direction and raised an eyebrow. She nonchalantly ambled over. "Recruits, Urgalz? Perhaps it is a wise thought. Have they sworn loyalties? You know how mutinous these mortals can be." she gave Senqwa a pointed look as she spoke, then corrected herself. Senqwa has done nothing deserving of your rath as of late. She calmly reminded herself. "Thank you for your services, Urgalz. That is all that I shall ask of you. I know of your fierce loyalties to the Witch King." she nodded her thanks.

He said "It's not loyalty, just and alliance of convenience. The only reason I'm here is to obtain promised support against the Sultan of Abaz."

She nodded. "But they might flee...conveniently...at the first sign of combat. These mortals care only for their own troubles." she said. "But, I shall leave you to do as you chose. I am grateful for the help you provided. Out of curiosity, did all of the Gondorian mortals you found join your cause?"

He said "Yes, the preferred protecting my brother to a grueling campaign against their own allies."

(Ack! Sorry I fell behind...)
Amarthiel strode among the company of orcs she gathered, her black locks blowing in the wind, her lavender eyes blazing with fury. “Form ranks!” she commanded, her voice ringing with malice. Hearing the grunt of an orc, she swiftly drew her sword and cut the beast down, its black blood pooling on the ground. “Toss the body of this vermin from my sight!” she commanded two others who quickly obeyed her. With that her cold eyes scanned the group, the hatred in her heart consuming her entire being. “Patrol these borders! See that none cross this city alive! Fail me…” she uttered menacingly as she unsheathed a long dagger “and you will taste the bitterness of my blade.” The orcs stared at her, trepidation flickering in their eyes. “Why do you stand there, looking as the fools you are?” she thundered. “Stand at your post! I shall not order you again!” With that the rabble swiftly took their positions, their large eyes on the lookout for any mortal, fearful of the Moriquendi’s wrath. Amarthiel growled at their ineptitude, rage filling her. “Remember my words.” she spat, her voice dripping with malice. “There will be no toleration for failure. Neglect your duties and the earth shall greedily lap your blood as well.”

Shamíra nodded irritably. "Good, good. Consider yourself pardoned." She strolled among the orcs, and knocked one to the ground in rage as he fumbled with his bow. "Fool! That is enough to kill you in battle!" she struck him over the head with the hilt of her blade, and stormed across the wall, to enraged to notice the terrified stares of the orcs. She glared hatefully at one who spoke heated words to another. He was silent instantly.
As she descended the steps of the wall, she called to an orc standing by with Hiruk's reigns.
"Bring the horse here!" she demanded.
The orc scurried over, and she mounted quickly. She rode out of Osgiliath and tore across the Fields of Pelennor, towards an oncoming line of humans. She wanted to get an accurate count, one that she could not get from the wall. Her crimson eyes scanned the ranks, and she turned back towards Osgiliath. Five hundred. This is when Xoroku must prove her worth. She flipped backwards off of the still-moving Hiruk and landed gracefully. She strung her bow as she raced to the top of the wall. "Prepare yourselves for the first wave." she snarled at them as she paced down the wall. "If you let them break through the city, I swear by the Dark Lord I will kill you all." she barked. "Draw arrows!" She cursed fluently as she remembered Amarthiel and her party outside the walls. She returned her eyes to the horizon, where the mortals had just begun to appear. She jumped off the wall and sprinted over to Amarthiel. "Have your party draw back. The mortals have returned for a third time." she smiled coldly. "The slaughter that shall ensue will assure them that their bravery is worth nothing and perhaps they shall despair." she cackled at the thought of the hacked and ruined bodies of the mortal men filling the streets, their blood running in rivulets through the cobblestones.

Amarthiel nodded at Shamíra as the wind blew her raven locks about her, surrounding her slender form in a veil of night. Her lavender eyes glowed with anticipation, the brightness of her gaze revealing the kindling of the dark fire within the wells of her heart. "Let the slaughter begin." she echoed, her lips twisting in a cruel smile. "Draw back!" she ordered the orcs as she strode back to the city gate to await the arrival of the foolish mortals. The rabble flooded the gray walls, hiding themselves amongst the buildings and rubble, waiting in anticipation for the arrival of the army. Amarthiel grinned as she reached for her long daggers, her eyes glittering with joy as a gust of cold wind surrounded them. A red glow filled her lavender eyes, a flame of hate burning within her entire being. Yes. she thought quietly. Soon blood will flow from the city gates, bathing the land in a flood of crimson.

Shamíra did not hide. She stood in the entranceway to the city. I will not hide from mortals. I can think of nothing more degrading.
She drew her sword and waited for the first riders to meet her blade.

Amarthiel stood ready with her blade drawn. She glanced behind her and watched the party of orcs skulking amongst the walls, ready to attack from the shadows. A cruel smile spread across her lips as she saw the army charging forth from the distance. Her blood raced with the anticipation of the kill, lusting for the taking of life, the spilling of blood. Sheathing her blade, she quickly scaled the wall and drew her longbow, and stringing an arrow into it, she pointed it's envenomed tip at a solider. As the rider came within shooting range she released the arrow, embedding its fell tip within the mortal's heart. A sinister smile twisted her lips as she watched him fall, delighted as he was trampled under the hoofbeats of the charging army.

A charge of excitement filled her as she watched the soldier be trampled by the hooves of his own comrades. She hurried up the stairs to the wall to instruct the orcs.
"Prepare to fire!" she ordered as she strung her own bow with unnatural speed.

Urglaz shook his head and went into his tent so he couldn't watch the massacre about to take place.

Shamíra grinned coldly as the first line of Gondorians fell. She watched the blood seep into the ground for a few moments. She glanced up quickly and noticed an arrow flying towards her. She sidestepped quickly and watched it hit an orc behind her. She smirked and killed the human in one smooth motion.
