They really don't know when it'll be out yet, they are having some truble with funding, and the fact that it's not completely...'legal', they are worried about the tolkien esate telling them to stop filming, so I don't really know when it'll be out...sorry. I do know that when it comes, it'll probalbly be for veiw/download on the internet.. shipping would cost to much, and it's non-profit.

I think they should have talked to the Tolkien estate first then go ahead and make the movie.

I reckon that the tolkien estate shud let them film it. If is is as Kelenloth said,a non profit movie, one they would not be competeing to make further movies and two, it may introduce other people to the wonders of tolkien, which could not harm the Tolkien estate one little bit. Finally, it may be a useful ( possibly sorta?) reference point for existing fans in forum threads such as this one.

Wow. We do a lot of stuff in my club. I'm the head of the Aragorn Club (you probbaly tell in my banner) and we do a lot of fun stuff besides just talking. Right now we're doing an avatar contest.

Um, I think that there would be more than 100 Rangers left at the time of the War of the Ring, though I'm not sure how many more (maybe three hundred?). After all, they are the remnants of an entire civilisation, so it's not like they'd all just die out. Of course, I could be mistaken, and the number could be lower.
