i really like almost everything about the top banner... the colors, textures/brushes and font they all look good and fit with the banner.
the drop shadow on the bottom banner makes the text harder to read and distracts from it. i also dont like the coloring or texture on that banner it looks kind of odd in a bad way. i do like the font used however.
