I think maybe keep them as open characters unless someone else wants to play as them. I might have to update the plot a bit to include the Sylar-esque character.

Personality: Cyrus has always hated society. He watches the streets and comments on the way the world has turned. He hates this world, and feels the only way to save it is to become a vigilante. He has hardly any compasion for other people.
Bio: Childhood was hard for Cyrus. He was considered a geek, a loser, a nobody. He had no friends and was bullied for most of his life, forcing him to become such a hater of the world. Growing into an adult was harder. He was reclusive, shy and couldn't hold a job. If his boss got angry at him he would punch them. Because of his hatred he decided to take up martial arts to protect himself from the filth of the world. He is a master of Judo and many others but at the same time is very intelegent, though his ideas are warped.
He now hacks into bank accounts and government files for money which helps him to get through, but recently he has been devolping technology to aid him in his quest for taking over America.

Bio: The oldest of three children, Ami has twin younger brothers and spent most of her childhood trying to keep them out of her room. She first discovered her powers when trying to glean some privacy from her siblings. Her parents live in Saskatchewan, so she's relatively independant and has very few close friends due to shyness and introversion.
