With all due respect, I believe Idril has the right to refuse anything that she wants to. It is honestly up to her. And for the record, Idril HAS told other people that she can't make banners before, due to the fact that she doesn't know anything on the subject (which is smart. because if you don't know a subject it's hard to make a banner). While it is a different case, it's not like you are the ONLY person who has she has said no to.
And I think that she said that because of the attitude of the banner. Some people are uncomfortable with the d.eath of one of the beloved characters of their favorite book being labeled as 'Boromir getting owned by the orcs' That's a bit disrespectful to the situation, even if you didn't mean it to be that way. If it was a banner to honor Boromir using pics from that scene and she refused I can see you being mad. However, to be making light of it is a reason to refuse if she so chooses.

Oh! Haha! Woah! Wow. I totally...wow. *laughs* This is how I react on very little sleep.  I can never tell what people are actually trying to say and tend to go on rants. It's one of my many issues.
