That is such a great movie!
Chaucer: (Sing-song) "And one and two, and twirly, twirly, twirly, and one and two, and you're still gettin' it wrong! And one and two and three and four, you can hit me all day 'cause you punch like, a what?"
Roland: "A girl!"
Wat: "That's enough of that!"
Will: "Wat, get back! Quiet, Wat!"
Wat: "I'm doing this for you! He starts it everytime!"
Will: (To Chaucer) "You know he's touchy!"
The feast scene takes the cake, though. Knights dancing to David Bowie, brilliant!

Ooooh!
William: Oi sir, what are you doing?
Chaucer: Uh... trudging. You know, trudging?
[pause]
Chaucer: To trudge: the slow, weary, depressing yet determined walk of a man who has nothing left in life except the impulse to simply soldier on.
William: Uhhh... were you robbed?
Chaucer: [laughs] Funny really, yes, but at the same time a huge resounding no. It's more of an... involuntary vow of poverty... really.
Definately one of my favourite parts.
Wat: Pain, lots of pain.
And I always think this one fits Larien quite nicely:
William: You lied.
Chaucer: I'm a writer! I give the truth scope!

I went to the movies to see it with a friend of mine, we were bored and just wanted to see a movie.... I guess it'd have been better to watch it at home... guess my expectations was too high.... mmmm, in fact I'd like to watch it again... after all it was pretty funny.... maybe I'd have the right attitude towards the movie now.... yeah... certainly I will!!!
My friend says "ignore the plot, the characters and all the rest. For goodness sake they're JOUSTING!!!!" It's like her favourite film.
I love it - it really makes me laugh!

It's one of those films that could have been very, very bad and the modern music etc could have not worked at all or it could have been very, very good and everything worked perfectly. I think it was the latter. It's a weird film but really good fun. It's a film I wasn't expecting to like but to be honest as soon as the crowd starting clapping in time We Will Rock you, and I suddenly found myslef smiling....I knew I would like it.

Did you here that the people who made this film were sued because in the trailer they had invented one of the critics who supposidly praised it.

So if you're American you can get your money back
Anyway I thought this was a really great film. The songs are brilliant - I have the sound track. I esspecially love the crouds at the jousting claping to We Will Rock You and then the people at the dance dancing to Golden Years. It was really funny esspecially Paul Bettany as Chaucer

Agreed, the We Will Rock You part was the best... why was it so short?

Because there was jousting to be had. And if we didn't hear Wat screaming: "GET IN THE CRADLE!!!" We just wouldn't know what was going on. Uh...I don't know. But I definately love this movie!
