i LOVE this site. i don't upload videos (mainly because i never make any), but it's great fun searching for videos on there. so far i've found a heap of performances from strictly come dancing, an episode of the poddington peas and some great clips from coupling.

I like You-Tube as well.  I spent nearly 3 hours watching You-Tube last year.  It's quite good once find what you are looking for.

Youtube Rox I must say. I mostly use it to watch martial arts videos or edited vids. There r soem gr8 ones like scenes from the movie fearless set to Papercut by Linkin Park. etc
