Armith finished her rabbit and started to roll up her blankets. She tied them back on her saddle and went back to were Jax and Crourin were sitting. She pull out her Icebiter and started looking it over to see if it need sharpening from the short battle last night.

Jax subconciously slipped his hand to rest on the hilt of his sword. With a sigh he closed his eyes and tried in vain to remember something.. anythign about himself... but he couldn't seem to recal a thing more than before.

Within an hour the three of them had the camp sight clean up, and were starting to get the horses ready. Galahir had not come back yet. "Oh, were did he get off to now," Armith said, annoyed. She wistled 3 times notes, each rising in pitch. Soon he was cantering up the path back to them, spraying snow as he slid to a stop. Armith patted his neck and look from the 2 horses to the 3 of them. " We need to double up," she said," Jax doesn't have a horse."

"No offense, but I doubt you can keep up with a horse, especially with that slash not all the way healed," said Armith.

"It'll be slow in the snow. I'll walk, leading my horse, which Jax can ride. And Armith can ride at the back. We have to go single file because of the narrow trail." Crourin said, tacking up his horse who had been in the small cave the whole time...

Something flashed in his mind as he jumpped on the horse. somethign that gave him the feeling that he actually would be able to keep up with a horse. This thought, however obsurd it seemed, lingered heavily in his mind.

Jax hoisted himself up onto the horse. It was rather uncomfortable but he knew it would be easyer than walking.

Jax was silent over the long journey. he watched the sceens pas by. Everything seemed familiar... literally everything.
But at the same time it seemed like a sight never seen or glimpsed by his eyes.
