Okay, here's how the voting will work:
Have a look at the entries, decide on your overall top three.
Then have another look, and decide which one you think made the best (most interest, most original, etc) use of the guide lines (see here for details.)
This is to give people credit for the concept and thought put in, even if they aren't as experienced with their graphics program, and will be the Honourable Mention vote.
You can either post your vote or PM it to me (if you'd like to keep it anonymous) in this format:

I will post mine here!  I was really looking forward to voting for this! I couldn't wait to see all the entries and now that I am seeing them all now, they are completely stunning!  It was terribly hard deciding, but great job to everyone! 
1st- Smeagollum -I thought your banner was brilliant! I get chills from looking at it and it's a great part of the movie, so great job!
2nd- Johnny's Fan -I love this banner because of it's colors, and the heart behind it! Really, really well done, JF!
3rd- Elven Archer -I love this part of the movie and I love how you captured it on your banner. It's great, mate, awesome job!
HM- Dreia -I thought that is was terribly creative and that it is a banner that most wouldn't have thought of, and I love the concept...great, great job!

I was also really fond of LOTRFreak13, Smeagollum, and Rose of Rivendell's banners. I really love the ideas behind all of them.
