"Now ... we celebrate." Gold Dusk said as he lead Meriana to another clearing that had be set for a feast. "This clearing will become the plce for our new home." He smiled looking down at her.

Meriana looked around at the beautiful scenery. " really...oh my goodness." Meriana wraped an arm around his waist.
the festivities began and the night progressed.
after everyone went home Meriana and Gold Dusk went to Gold Dusk's cabin. Meriana looke up at Gold Dusk and grined. she pulled him down and kissed him full on the mouth. " i love you." she said wispering into his ear.

Lilitricle awakened Darren earlier then usual with a soft kiss. "Bonded, you must awaken ... It's time to practice!" She softly ran her fingers through his thick dark hair.

Gold Dusk awakened to a warm morning breeze and sunlight playing through the windows of the house he had built over the winter. He looked down at Meriana where she lay beside him and smiled. "Good Morning my love." He wispered smoothing some hair back from her face.

Altadon had resumed his true form for the time being, and carried Cloudya on his back. There was something strange in the air at the border of the vally. Several of the inhabitance in that area had either turned up dead, missing, or had moved closer to Dragon's Peak over the winter.

Darren groggly opened his eyes. " hmm...wa- oh...what time is it?" he asked looking out to see it was just dawn.

Meriana opened her eyes and grined. " you know, it still shocks me that i wake up beside you every morning." she giggled. leaned on her elbow and then leaned over and kissed him softly on the lips.

"Really now?" Gold Dusk asked as she kissed him. "I was just thinking the same thing... well ... that and how beautiful you are." He kissed her back. "How bout we go for a swim, then come back for breakfast?"

"It's dawn ... were you planning to sleep all day? Get up ... we have much to accomplish!" Lili said as she playfully pulled the blanket off of him.

Darren moaned and burried his face in the pillow. " five more minuets" he looked at her for a moment and smiled and then reburried his face in the pillow.

Meriana blushed. " i'm up for a swim!" she jumped out of bed and then dressed. she turned and saw Gold Dusk wasnt even out of bed yet. " oh come on....lets go" she smiled

Gold Dusk couldn't help but laugh, then got up and dressed quickly grabbing a fresh tunic and a pair of leggings before following Meriana to the creek.

Lili resumed her true form and nuzzled his side before clamping her teeth on his belt and lifting him from the bed. She set him outside the cave. In the mountains the mornings were still cold. "Five minutes are up bonded... wake up!" She blocked the entrence refuseing to let him back in until she was sure he was fully awake.

Darren growled... " ok i'm up. Lili" he said standing up. he turned and smiled at her. " ok so what training are we doing?" his stomach growled. " ummm....hold that thought. can we eat first.." he said with a sheepish grin.

Meriana led the way to the creek, she loved to swim. she took off her leggings and just left her tunic on. she was the first to jump in.

Lili moved alowing Darren to step into the cave. "Certainly, but this time I'm not going to help you start the fire, you'll have to do that one your own." She settled herself into a hollow in the rock and watched him.

Darren smiled, he knew this was part of his training. " alright alright..." he went to the fire pit in the middle of the cave and sat in front of it.
he stared at it for a moment and put it hands close together he opened his hands and there was a small pink fire ball in between them he threw it on the fire pit, but it burnt out quickly. it wasnt big enough. he growled then took a deep breath.
he closed his eyes and thought about what he had to do. he closed his hands together then opened them. when he did there was another small fire ball. he threw it into the fire and once again it burnt out.
he stood up and grunted. " Lili, i cant do it....help me...please.." he said begging her.

once Gold Dusk was in the water Meriana splashed him then went under water.

Meriana swam twards the waterfall. it wasnt too far of a swim but when she got there you could see their things. she climbed up on a rock slighty under the waterfall and waited for Gold Dusk.
