Isabel kneeled next to Anira. Then she turned to the others:
“She…She’s gone” said Isabel and looked again to Anira’s face. It was so pale, but still beautiful. Suddenly strong winds started blowing, forming whirlwind around the Knight’s body. Isabel stood up and stepped back. The winds were so strong that she had to cover her eyes with her hand. When the storm was over the Knights realized that the body was gone.
“The winds took her away so no wild beast or demon to profane her grave.” said Isabel. “Though I don’t want to say it, we must go and find the Seer before the imps do.”
Isabel jumped on her horse and put on her helmet and yelled:“Let’s do it for the Empire. Let’s do it for Anira!”

Vondell stood back as the winds blew, and watched as Anira's body disapeared. When the winds stopped blowing, he just stood there a moment, staring into the fire. Then with a swift movement he doused the fire with water he called from under the ground.

Vondell mounted his horse then, face stern but emotionless. This wasn't right. There was something that felt like it wasn't what it seemed. Like a riddle that wasn't all there so you couldn't solve it. Vondell shrugged it off, he would try to figure it out when he had all the pieces to it... or even knew what it was about...

Seakas knelt to the ground, his head bowed, a single tear going down his face. Anira was like a sister to him and now, she was dead, and he could have done something to stop it. He cursed himself on the inside, and felt like they should wait a few hours to give her proper respect, but he knew that she would want them to go and find the Seer.

He stood ubruptly and said, "Well, let's go find this guy and get it over with then!"

The Knights were riding through the dark night. The shadows were dancing around them like they were spinning an invisible net around the riders to stop their flight.
The woods were getting denser and the horses slowed down their pace.
“Now which way must we choose?” asked Isabel.

A rumble came from the western side of the forest and the night sky was light up by red glow. The Knights turned and looked up: red clouds covered the stars. From the direction of the roar, steam of smoke rose up to the sky.
“We must go!” said Isabel and Knights headed to the place of the explosion.

Smell of something burning was in the air. The Knights have almost reached the place of the explosion. Isabel could here sounds like from battle in distance. I fear that they are already there. said she to herself. Few meters further the Knights saw that the trees were seared.
