Seredhel followed, eager to get back as soon as possible. She tried various things to get her mind off of her family, and the peril they now faced, but nothing could shake it, nor quell the fear that gripped her.

Eomer walked down the hallway, unaware of Kira watching him. Kira watched him walk right by her and attempted to hold in her sneeze. Unable to hold it in, the young rider sneezed. Eomer looked down, and upon seeing Kira, she said,"What are you doing here?" "Watching you." She replied

Amdir and the woman reached the end of the wood and their horses. While they were mounting, he went nearer to Seredhel "we are followed" he said with a low voice. "Don't turn back, don't do anything strange. just tell Czarra we are followed, if you can..."

Eomer turned to her curiously,"What are you watching me for?" "I'm your bodyguard...remember?" Kira replied. "Oh I know that." Eomer said,"But why aren't you in bed?" "I couldn't sleep." she said stubbornly,"Ask rihandra even. She knows I couldn't sleep..."

Her eyes widened, but she made no other physical reaction. She slowed to tell Czarra. "We are followed, my friend," she said softly. "Amdir wishes us not to make any reaction."

The next thing Kira knew, was that Eomer had her by the ear and that he was dragging her towards Rihandra's room. Fear lurched in her stomach as he knocked on the other Rider's door.

Seredhel glanced at Czarra and was suddenly wracked with a pang of guilt. "I'm sorry for making the moment awkward before. I was inconsiderate," she said so that only Czarra could hear her.
