Adastrea smiled, "It feels good to laugh...it has been years..." She was quiet for a moment, "You make it a little easier to laugh, it's nice to have someone to talk to."

*Sen blocked the sword swipe with his own, yet for the knife, he stuck his sword into the stone floor, and caught it with his hand. One, and only one, drop of blood fell, and as it hit the floor it dissapeared in a small puff of flame. Sen looked up into Neracelc's face, and smiled.*
Never see it coming? Maybe. Yet When it comes, I will be ready for it. I am never unprepared.
*Sen twisted the knife sharply, and it came out of Neracelc's hand. Sen threw it to the side, and picked up his sword yet again.*
You will not kill your target; I will defend her with my last breath, and that is a long time in coming.

He couldn't stop smiling whilest looking in her face.

She smiled back at him slightly and nodded, "Thank you" She leaned back in her chair and sipped from the goblet again. She glanced out the window at the stars, thinking about her mother and looked back.

Neracelc grinned and stayed back.

"They never told you what happened? I could have already done it, but I didn`t you know why? Because I like to hunt and secondly he denied it... and he`s willing to pay a nice ammount of money for this... experiment..."

*Sen stepped back. This was leading somewhere... He held up his hand that had previously caught the knife; there was only a slight red mark, rapidly fading.*
Yet he, whoever he might be, has not contested with me before. Or has he? Who might he be, that he pays you to hunt, yet does not know of the hunter from the south? Or does your payment come directly from the dark lord Sauron himself?

Neracelc smiled grimly.

"No... not Sauron... but some else... but he will reveal himself, but I doubt you know him and besides he doesn`t have to use swords to fight... well... are we getting anywhere here by talking or are you going to let me pass? nah you won`t but just joking..."

Indeed. It does not look like your prey will be found today.
*Sen rushed at Neracelc, and with a thunderous clap was behind him. He planted his boot solidly in Neracelc's back, before the next thunderclap hit, and he was again barring Neracelc's way.*
You see, no matter how devious you think you are, when I fight evil, I do not fight fair. Now, unless you wish to scurry under whichever rock in Mordor you came out from under, you will have to fight me.

Neracelc sighed and whistled loudly, many figures appeared from the shadows.

"Boys...would you handle him while I have an important appointment?"

About the bandits with long swords revealed closed in at Sen as Neracelc tried to get past him.

Adastrea looked at him and shook her head, "No, just thinking of my mother and father. Whenever I look at the stars I remember her." She shrugged slightly, "I will do anything to keep her and my father from coming to harm and I know if Balorgets control of Valinor they will." She took a deep breath and let it out and took another sip, "Do you have any parents?"

*Sen stepped back, and strangely enough, he said to the bandits.*
I give you this chance, and this chance only. Leave, and I will not pursue. Stay, and you will die.
*The bandits laughed, and so Sen bowed his head, and said softly.*
You have chosen, then. I pity your souls...
*He looked up, and there was fire in his eyes, a rage burned there that had remained locked away until now. He ran towards the bandits head on, and then, as he reached a shaddow, dissapeared. All of a sudden, he was in the midst of them, and three had fallen before the others had noticed. He wheeled around, and dropped another. One tried to slice him across the back, but Sen ducked, swept around, and bore him to the floor. Neracelc tried the door, and found that it was locked. He tried to hack it down, but it was as hard as steel. Over the din, Sen shouted.*
You will not go anwhere but away, or fight. Those are your only choices.
*Sen hurled his sword, and it scythed down two bandits, swords, armor, and all, before embedding itself hilt deep in the rock wall.*

He shook his head.
"I have always been an orphan, I was found by a soldier on the streets and raised in the barracks, this has always been my home."
He smiled.
"I have always loved it here, good company. So i eventually decided to join up and become a ranger, give me a chance to see the world."

"I suppose we are a little alike. I was an orphan when I came to Middle Earth, then some kind elves took me in and gave me food, clothing, and a place to stay." She smiled slightly at the memory.

He nodded.
"indeed we do, But i fear that your life has been much worse then mine, i have never been hunted down."
